Nitrogen protection system
Nitrogen flow control and oxygen analyzing system takes the advantage of panel design; as a result, it is easy to observe and adjust.
It can adjust N2 consumption in pre-soldering area and soldering area. When N2 consumption is 20~30m3/h, O2 less than 600 ppm can be obtained.
Width adjustment system
The adjustment of width system takes the advantage of worm-and-wheel structure. Automatic adjustment of width only requires to enter PCB width. Width deviations shall be less than or equal to 0.2mm.
Automatic Board in-put system
Automatic Board in-put system has automatic tension function.
It can effectively prevent deformation and bending resulting from heating expansion.
It is connected with automatic rail with smooth entrance and special design.
Spray system
The spray system is controlled by electric motor/ cylinder.Spray speed automatically adjusts in accordance with PCB width and Conveyor speed to ensure average spray.
Complete SIEMENS solder temperature control system
The electricity control system takes the advantage of Germany Siemens PLC. The solder temperature module can automatically be adjusted and cool ends can be automatically compensated. Each solder temperature area is controlled by PID within the range of +1 ℃.
Preheating system (Special air channel)
Preheating system takes the advantage of five-stage full hot air preheating plus complement heating system. It has a good heat through performance.
It can meet lead-free process curve with single or multi layer. The solder temperature drop shall be less than or equal to 5℃ to reduce heat shock before PCB enters Wave solder.The system has the advantage of easy maintenance, removable separate wind channel, and high heat efficiency.
Excellent compulsory cooling system
Cooling system takes the advantage of compulsory air cool solder temperature area. It can meet requirements of lead-free production processes. It can achieve complete heat exchange. It has two types of cooling systems (water cool ).
Solder pot cart system
The solder takes advantage of new large capacity anti-erosion titanium alloy solder plate. The solder is fit for lead-free process. It has the advantage of long lasting performance and stable heat performance with oxidation less than or equal to 2kg（8h）.
Cast wave generator and impeller (patent design) can ensure average and stable wave height.Wave solder car automatically go up and down, in and out. It is convenient and quick with several sensor locking devices to ensure against machine damage resulting from improper operation.

Automatic option system only requires operators to enter conveyor angle parameters and it will automatically find the best soldering conveyor angle.
